What makes the Uztzu Q-shirts different from any other high quality t-shirts?

The Uztzu 4-way-shirts are the only 4-face t-shirts that you can wear every which way because there's no inside or outside, and no front to back. That means you get 4 different styles in one single Q-shirt.

The unique cutting and sewing techniques, along with the stay-dry and odour-free technologies, mean that your unique Uztzu Q-shirt keeps you clean and dry for longer, even in extreme situations.

How do I know what Q-shirt size will fit me best?

Check out the size chart (available on every product page) before placing your order to make sure you get the perfect fit for your stature.

Are the Q-shirts handmade?

Uztzu 4-way-shirts are carefully handcrafted in Italy - yep, we do it Q-Shirt by Q-Shirt. That's why they have a natural imperfection feel. Every tee is slightly different from its siblings. The irregular appearance, the uneven details, the only partly printed areas, make your uztzu something unique, something you can be proud of.

Do you have Q-shirts for children?

Not at the moment, but we are happy to consider introducing a children's line if we receive many requests to do so.

Can I wash my Q-shirt?

Sure, you can wash it in washing-machine at 30°C preferably without spin-cyrcle.

Make sure not to use fabric softener as it damages the high-tech features of your Uztzu 4-way-shirt.

Can I iron my Q-Shirt?

No. You don't need this!

What other caring instructions should I be aware of to keep my Q-shirts in the best possible shape for longer?

Rub it as low as you can so that the fabric will do any pilling.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Stripe) and PayPal Checkout payments, all processed through the 100% secure SSL gateway.

I'm usually not comfortable paying online. Is shopping on your website safe and secure?

Uztzu uses the best SSL certificate so you can buy safely and securely. When purchasing on our online store using your credit card, all your information is entered into the SSL secure web page where it is encrypted.

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. We only use the most trusted payment processors in the world – Paypal & Stripe Payments – so you can buy with 100% confidence.

I just placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

You can unfortunately not cancel a completed order.

Because we don't want to keep you waiting, once you’ve completed your order, it is processed and dispatched for delivery as soon as possible. 

I just placed an order and made a mistake in my address and/or name! Can I change it?

Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct the mistake. We can’t promise it will always be possible since your order might have already been dispatched for delivery. But we’ll spare no effort to ensure you get your product delivered to your doorstep.

Please make sure you include your residential address, not a vacation or temporary address, because we don’t know if or for how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to over 50 countries and we are always expanding that network. Do you love the Uztzu products and live in a country not within our shipping network? Contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Swiss Post

Where's my order? Can I track its progress?

Once your order will be dispatched you will receive an email from the Swiss Post with your tracking number and the link where you will be able to follow your shirt!

I just placed an order. When can I expect to receive it?

Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis.

We generally depend on the speed and efficiency of customs and mailing services in each country. Sometimes we experience very fast shipping times, while others there are delays that we really cannot control or influence.

As a general rule, the average normal post shipping delivery for  time for different countries is:

  • UK and Mainland Europe: 3 to 6 business days
  • USA, Canada,  Australia and New Zealand: 3 to 8 business days days
  • Rest of the world: 3 to 8 business days

Weekends don’t count towards these timelines.

If your package takes slightly longer, we appreciate your patience while you wait for it to arrive.

Please allow at least 20 days before contacting us to inquire if you haven’t received your order by then. Some mailing services (particularly in the Middle East) tend to experience longer delays in delivering orders. We unfortunately cannot control these delays and appreciate your patience in allowing additional time to receive your order.

Our aim is your complete service satisfaction. You can trust that we will always go above and beyond to deliver your order as soon as possible and in the quality you expect.

Any chance my order gets lost on the way? Do you guarantee delivery?

We commit to deliver every product ordered in our store! If you don’t receive your order within the given delivery timelines, feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

If you know the mailing service in your country tends to be less efficient, kindly allow additional time for delivery before considering your order lost on the way.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from the date you placed your order, we will do our best to reconcile the order and find a solution that you consider satisfactory. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Can you mark my order as gift?

We unfortunately cannot mark your packages as "gift", due to legal requirements that are outside our control.

What about custom fees?

Shipping to US is going to be Duty-Free for orders up to $800 

We are shipping Uztzu's 4-way-shirts all over the world so it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location. You will therefore need to cover any duty and tax applicable in your country upon the receipt of your order. 

We will do our best to get it to you in the most cost efficient way possible and any savings we discover, we will pass on to you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Can I return my Q-shirt(s)? 

We offer a 15 day money-back guarantee, no questions asked for any product purchased through our website. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund you the price of the product. The cost of shipping to return the product to us will have to be covered by you or deducted from the refund amount credited to your account.

Our policy lasts 15 days after the product reaches your shipping address. If 15 days have gone by after your product has arrived, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your 4-way-shirt(s) must be brand new (never worn, never washed), in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your refund policy?

You can not claim a refund for an item that is no longer in its original condition or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your return order.

We will inspect the product upon receipt and may decide, based on the evaluation, to either approve or reject your refund claim.

If your refund claim is approved, it will be processed and the due amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you requested a refund that was approved and you haven’t received it yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is reflected into your bank account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve taken all these steps and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Products purchased on sale or during promotion periods can not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product for any reason other than damage, please refer to the Returns section above. Once your return and exchange request is confirmed and processed, we will make sure to have your new product on its way to your house as soon as possible. The cost of shipping for your return will be covered by you.

In the very unlikely event when you have received your Uztzu products damaged, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with all the details of your damaged product (including clear photos of the damage) as soon as you’ve received it (and not later than 24 hours from the time of receipt) and we will make sure to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Products that are reported “damaged” after more than 24 hours from the time you received your order will no longer be exchanged.
